For over ten years, Chef/Owners Christopher and Mary Spagnola have built a solid reputation in La Grange as purveyors of fine quality dining and creative cuisine. The Spagnolas are committed to providing quality service to the community. As an independent  business they are dedicated to maintaining a small town feel in the community by meeting the desires of their customers. Christopher and Mary Spagnola are both graduates of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and have been professional chefs for the past 15 years.  They have owned local businesses in downtown La Grange including two fine dining restaurants and now Knead Marketplace. Their experience includes pastry, classical cusine, catering, private chefs, working on a private yacht, and much more.
